At Jackson Massage & Day Spa, we require a valid credit card to be stored on file at the time of booking. This policy helps us maintain appointment availability for all clients and ensures our therapists' and specialists' time is respected.

What This Means For You

1. Your credit card information is securely stored in our encrypted payment system.
2. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking.
3. Your appointment is confirmed once your card is on file.

When Your Card May Be Charged

Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

1. No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your card will be charged for the full-service amount.
2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 20% of the service price.
3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
4. At Your Request: If you choose to use the card on file to pay for services or products at the time of your visit.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made at management's discretion for:

1. Documented medical emergencies
2. Severe weather conditions
3. Bereavement

Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency that prevents you from keeping your appointment.
